Pre-owned clothing is described and photographed as accurately as possible, including any visible wear. All sales are completed through the marketplace where the item is listed, and that platform's terms, buyer protection and returns policies apply to your purchase.

Digital services are provided under a scope and price agreed with each client before work begins. Timelines, deliverables, payment terms and any revisions are set out in that agreement.

The KTZ name, logo and the content of this website belong to KTZ. Work created for digital services clients transfers as agreed in each project's terms.

We work carefully, but this website is provided as is and we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
