Payment Information

Clothing is sold through third-party online marketplaces. When you buy an item, you pay through the marketplace's own checkout, in the currency shown on the listing. We never see or store your card details — the marketplace and its payment processor handle the transaction and any buyer protection that applies.

Digital services — such as website design and development — are agreed in advance with a clear quote. Work is typically invoiced, with payment accepted by bank transfer or a secure payment link. We use trusted payment services including Stripe, Mastercard and Visa to process card payments securely. Depending on the size of the project, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due on completion.

For clothing purchases, returns and refunds follow the policy of the marketplace you bought through — check the relevant platform for its process and timelines.

For digital services, refunds are assessed against the stage and terms agreed for your project. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work to put it right.

KTZ will never ask for your card details by email or message. If you ever receive a request like that claiming to be from us, do not respond — contact us directly through our contact page.
